The location was marvellous, with a tram station near the hotel. I walked everywhere in Bilbao and a stadium and bars were very close to the place.

It's a gorgeous place, fairly clean. Many thanks to welcoming staff for providing us with a really really nice stay. Terrific service, the breakfast is varied. The setting is marvellous and incredible, close to Bilbao, the new football stadium and bus station and the center, new area.

The hotel has great location not far from the bus station and metro, the Guggenheim Museum and old town and Casco Viejo. The room was well-designed, modern and had central heating, multi-channel TV, and a mini fridge bar.

Its location a 10-15 minute walk from Zubiarte Shopping Centre was marvellous. The staff was very kind all that time.

Particularly good spot not far from The Old Quarter, the Guggenheim museum and the attractive city center.

There was no lobby.

The location was marvellous, and we could reach Termibus by walking. We thoroughly enjoyed that it was near a tram station. Everyone working at this modern hotel was courteous.

I would say it's excellent base for staying and exploring Bilbao. The breakfast is varied and particularly nice with great views, lots to choose from. The staff are courteous and pleasant. Central location very close to main shopping area, tram and metro and museum, and a stadium and bars are very close to the hotel. Terrific service, they provide a public parking and free Wi-Fi.

My double room with great facilities, super bathroom plus comfy beds was new-fashioned. The location was magnificent - just off the new football stadium. Restaurant Cafe Bar Bagoi located 1 km away was a nice surprise.
